Tickets are non-refundable.

We will be posting additional events over the coming weeks as plans and pricing are solidified. Some of the events, such as the Nobility Ball, are organized by Les Fêtes de la NouvelleFrance SAQ and we are awaiting details and pricing from them. Audrey Landry has meet with the organizers and they are excited to have our group participate and look forward to contracting with us once their plans are finalized. Les Fêtes de la NouvelleFrance SAQ anticipates to have that information available to us at the end of March.  We promise to keep you posted!

If you missed the previous post that features our updated itinerary, including projected pricing, you will find that information here.

We recommend that all participants attend La Grande Soirée Bienvenue (The Big Welcome Party) which will take advantage of the beauty of le Chateau Frontenac and its commanding view of the St. Laurent River and will showcase entertainment by Àdhamh Ó Broin, Gillebrìde Macmillan and Elias Alexander.

Everyone knows that Àdhamh is the Gaelic Consultant for Outlander, and that Gillebrìde plays Gwyllin, the bard of Castle Leoch, but we’ve had a few of you asked about Elias Alexander.  Elias is an actor/musician from Ashland, OR who is a talented singer, bagpiper, guitarist and fidler. Here is a little video clip of him singing in Gaelic. He’s not Scottish, but he does a very convincing accent.  He has spent much time in Scotland and has always been interested in the history, music and culture of Scotland.

La Grande Soirée de Bienvenue

Immerse yourself in French culture as we enjoy nouvelle cuisine overlooking the St. Laurent River at Old Quebec City’s landmark hotel, Le Château Frontenac.

This elegant grand reception will allow us time to get to mix and mingle with new friends and old and will culminate with stories, song & musical entertainment from our special guests Àdhamh O’BroinGillebrìde MacMillan and Elias Alexander.

Speak Outlander Breakfast

Want to learn what goes on behind the scenes on the set at Outlander? Join us for a private Question & Answer Breakfast with Outlander’s Gaelic Instructor, Àdhamh O’Broin.

Àdhamh will answer all of your burning questions about the production, Scottish history and heritage, and will provide a primer on the Gaelic language. Participants who wish to take a photograph with Àdhamh will have the opportunity to do so.

Ticketing Update

Ticketing will begin February 15th!

We’ve pushed back ticketing to February 15th as our web mistress, Audrey, is on vacation and we need her on the clock to make sure we don’t have any technical glitches.

For those who took advantage of early registration, you are eligible for pre-sale ticketing starting February 15th.  Regular ticketing will begin on March 1st. The first two events to be ticketed will be the Welcome Reception at Chateau Frontenac, which will feature haute cuisine and musical performances by  Àdhamh Ó Broin and Elias Alexander, and our Farewell Breakfast at the Hilton which will feature a Question & Answer session with Àdhamh Ó Broin.

We will stagger the release of events over the spring as some of the tickets are dependent on pricing from Les Fêtes de la NouvelleFrance. This is to our benefit, however, as it helps us stagger ticket purchases over a wider time-frame.

We can’t wait to see you in Quebec! We will have a fabulous time.
